At Felipe Printing Services, every order is custom-made with care. Because many of our products are personalized or made-to-order, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Posters
Graduation products
Personalized gifts
Custom printed items
Made-to-order products

Unless:

The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was sent
There is a printing/manufacturing error caused by us

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement
Store credit
A refund (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 Minutes of purchase unless production has already started.

Custom orders that are already in production cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow:

3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Sizes may vary slightly due to cutting and manufacturing tolerances

Local Pickup Orders

Local pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days after notification unless prior arrangements are made.
